Let the ashes remain,
Let the time fly in vain..
Let there be everything, that reminds me of you,
Let me think of you, no matter what I do!!
As while writing this tonight,
I find you seated beside!
Let me pen down something lively tonight,
As I see you sitting beside.. { :) }
You are smiling with a slight tilt of your head,
Oh! hold it well, don't spill that tea on my bed..
Is it, Have i forgotten ur voice??
You appear dumb, I appear deaf..
Oh! there you speak, there I hear
So, neither you dumb, nor I deaf,
Its just that we aren't too near!!
So, I just stare you, and you are babbling,
And its something, I am enjoying!!
You just licked that last tea drop with your tongue rolling, below your lips..
As you see writing all of it, you stare with your hands on your hips!!
And I still continue to pen down,
Hey, you scared me with that frown..
Now you are peeping in my notebook,
And I am just preserving all your looks!
Its for future, i am penning this text,
As I dunno when, we would meet next!!
Though I meet you each night frequently,
Sometimes in day, very silently!!
But each time I can't just write it all,
So, I don't wan't to miss this opportunity at all!!
Oh! you are fading away,
I expected you to stay
I didn't hear , the "goodbye" you said,
With two cups of tea, I am still sitting on my bed!!!
